When will my order arrive?
Your order is made after purchase. Production takes 2–4 business days.
Delivery:
- Sweden 2–5 days
- EU 3–10 days
- Norway 5–15 days (typically around 1 week in central regions)
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping on orders over 600 SEK within Sweden and 1000 SEK within EU/Norway. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is shipped.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Orders within the EU and Norway can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.

What if my order arrives damaged?
While this is very rare, if it does happen, simply contact me at info@sandrafransson.se with a photo and I’ll take care of it right away.
What is the quality like?
Everything is made to last. I use premium materials and careful production to ensure a high-quality result. Many customers even say it looks better in real life.
Are the designs unique?
Yes. Each design is created by me, Sandra Fransson, and inspired by real moments in the mountains. These aren’t mass-produced — you won’t find them anywhere else.
